Answer1: Endospores (seed-like form but it is not a true spore) are dormant, tough and non-reproductive structure produced by some bacteria (bacillus, clostridia) to prevent the loss of reproductive spores in adverse conditions (lack of water, oxygen, nutrients, favourable pH and temperature etc.) for extended period of time. The endospore stains are differential stain used to stain help in visualisation of bacteria. The endospore stain used for the differentiation of bacteria into endospore former and non-endospore former.
Answer2: Based on the source of light used for the visualisation of the objective microscope are of different types. Light microscope; in which normal light (sunlight) used as a light source for the visualization of object. In an electron microscope; a beam of electron used as a source for the visualization of objects.
