Hero can be defined as normal person who are ready to place their life at risk to benefit others such as soldiers, police, fireman, etc. They don't have superpower like superheroes but still they have courage to take risk and tackle the situation.

Superhero can be defined as person who have supernatural power or those person who are not normal person. They do those things which are impossible for normal people. It could be flying in air or becoming invisible etc.

Differences :-

Hero could be a normal person who help people around him with his simple skills and desire. For example :- helping a neighbor by catching the robber. Hero do those activities which are possible but need some courage which every person doesn't have.

Whereas superheroes do those things which he himself can do and other people cannot. Super hero may have wear any kind of battle suit or can have be talented or specialized in something and for the act for the benefits of the society as whole. Superheroes usually follow an unwritten law which forbid the negative acts or violence in the society. In simple words, Superheroes can be a person having special powers which he use to stop the crime and helping innocent people.
