Make the case for Homo Erectus being our species’ direct ancestor, as opposed to a more distant relative like the robust australopiths/Paranthropus.
Homo Erectus was upright man, they are considered as first human ancestor. They have many similarities with human, The body proportions of homo erectus is similar to human. They showed many featurs, like flat face, prominent nose, body with tiny hair cover, showed less sexual dimorphism. They showed the ability of using fire, hunting nature, they provided special care for injured or sick members of their group. Like modern humans, they showed food preserving and sharing nature, they dired the excess for for later use, they mainly eat fruits, nuts, vegetable, meat , they used fire to roast plant parts.
