As information overload is a problem of not a single student these days as every one is facing this problem and many of us don't know how to tackle these up and to over come this problem. Once even i was also in this list and was suffering from this problem and didn't know how to get rid from this as the problem was very big for me as i was not able to adjust all the information easily. But i found some of the ways to overcome this problem

Identify the key resources as if you find the key resources of the relevant topic as it will help you to absorb the information about a particular topic as short key notes are easy to absorb
Make a distribution system as make a design in which you should distribute you all the information that you have to absorb as distrIbuting it in a system will help you them learn easily as going to learn something through a cycle is quite easy and it will help you to not forget those
Every thing that you learn you should write it on the paper as once you wrote it on the paper so you will not forget and it will also help you to reduce the burden on your mind of overloading of the information

As there are many other solutions to over come this problem but these solution that i provided were very effective in my case and i over come my problem of over burden of information through these solutions and i beileve one who will apply these will also overcome his problems
