The value chain is the process of actions taken from the supply of raw materials to the end activities or we can say that it process of conversion of raw materials to the finished goods for their target customers.

The coca cola is an American multinational nonalcoholic beverage company at present the company is offering more than 500 brands in 200 countries. The headquarter of Coca cola is situated at Georgia USA it haves a huge number of working staffs all over the countries. The value chain or we can say supply chain of coca cola company is largest as compared to other companies it perform the activities from conversion of raw materials to finished goods or services to their ultimate customers. The company has divided thses activities into two parts one is primary activities and other is supported activities. In primary activities it includes :

Inbound logistics in which it receives, stores and distribute the raw materials at the warehouse the company receives some the stocks which is not used for production then they store the stocks and use for later distribution.

Operation activities which includes the conversion of raw materials in to finished goods Coca Cola consists of lots of drinks for manufacturing the product they are having their own ingredients that are needed and processed by using the machines.

Outbound logistics in which the distribution of products and services is done to customers mostly they use land transports for distribution of Coco cola products to its branches and the final distribution is done through the grocery shops.

Marketing and sales of Coco cola is done through advertisments and it attract its potential customers and existing customers very effectively.

The services provided after sales is that takes consumers reviews and feedbacks which is very helpful in enhancing the services and customer satisfaction.

The support activities includes:

The coco cola have a large suppliers all over the world which helps in purchasing the resources for the support of primary activities to be carried out effectively.

Coco cola take care of their human resources or the employees which they hire. They provide training and pay a good salaries to them so their employees are much satisfied.

New technologies are used to improve the companies products and services they are having the department of Research and development which help the company to face the competition in the market.

The Coco cola company have a good infrastructure with well trained employees and professionals.
