D) Phase and Subphase:
The project phase is considered as the collection of the activities with respect to the project where every phase is termed as goal-oriented and also would end at a considerable milestone. The milestone is referred to as the project progresses. Every phase is then segregated into sub-parts called the subphase. These subphase is being segregated with respect to the smaller time period available for a portion of the sequence of the events which are to be achieved. Also alternatively the phase might also represent the stage which has been reached while the task is being lead by the stage.
