Answer:- Peter M. Senge first developed the concept of a "learning organization" in 1990 which means that an organization continuously facilitates improvement programs of its employees in order to transform and sustain the business in a rapidly changing environment. It enables the business to remain competitive and creates a culture where the employees are encouraged and supported for critical thinking, innovative ideas, allows them to make mistakes and learn from experiences, and value employee contributions. If there is no learning in an organization then there will be no change and improvement which makes the business follow the same old practices and a high risk of short-lived in the industry. Thus, it is important for an organization to have an ideal learning environment that aligns with the organization's goals.
