The issue of employee benefits is always problematic for an employer because there is no specific constraint for these benefits. Few benefits make great sense for the employees but few do not. The benefits that are of greatest value to employees and also which I would prioritize highest are Performance-related pay, which would drive the employee to work efficiently and also motivate him/her. Medical benefits are very essential because an employee feels he is in safe hands. The employee cares for his family as every person does, so he would feel his family got medically covered. To encourage new ideas, the organization must support the employee by providing extra incentives for his participation in improving the ideas or even discovering new ways to proceed for the organization. This last benefit for theemployee is very useful to the organization because the issue would be discussed exhaustively and morerefined solutions could be obtained.
