For pharmaceuticals company the best method for data collection is questionnaire method, in this various question can be formed that can be asked from patients, doctor, nursing staff etc. And in digital the time consumption will be less as no of question can be send via e-mail, message or through the online link. The investigator need not have to go from one place to another for collecting the data. In this way it is reliable as well as valid. The stored in computer or collected digitally can be accessed at any time, no need for special care for keeping data.
