Health care is one of the important industry compared with any industry. This is one of the best service based industry where certified people have great opportunity.The skilled and technical and certified employees are important and have priority compared with any other technicians.

Certified medication technician provides direct care to patients and completely takes care of patients medication without any ones help.Their main responsibility is to assist the medical staff to complete the task that is assigned to them in their unit.These technicians will take care of all patient needs and concerns.

The certified technicians are available mostly in emergency wards,super speciality centers and intensive care units to assist the most needed patients.Because the certified technicians can understand and respond quickly,they have the knowledge of body functioning.

The certified health care technicians are having huge demand in the healthcare field,mostly any technician will have confidence in their field and expect good pay scale and health work atmosphere.

Job satisfaction is more important so that they can balance both personal and professional life.The other expectations are like professional behaviour in the organization respect and concern towards employee and recognition for their work are the basic and most expected things in the particular field.

Any organization expectations are unlimited irrespective of their field and profession.The most expected things from an employer are behaviour,punctuality and responsible.Every organization basic expectations are employee behaviour and how he is responsible towards his/her profession.

If an organization finds some one more responsible towards his/her duties and very active in completing tasks and very initiative that kind of employees are well identified and awarded accordingly.Organizations needs employee who can well in completing task in a given time with standard quality.

These employees are given privileges and special care by the organization as he/she deserves best for his/her works.

What was your earliest recollection of work? How did you know you were good at it?

A skilled employee is always deliver good performance both in personal as well as in professional for them every task and work is a recollection.If one can love his/her profession than everything he/she is doing will be a memorable thing.

Especially in healthcare so much attention needs to be paid towards patients needs.Its very important to observe every movement of the patient to give the best treatment.A certified medication technician can understand the body function well and treat accordingly.

Every case is different for a medical technicians as he/she will be getting different patients and they are the first persons who treat directly or indirectly to patients.When a patients leave the hospital with smile on his/her face then it's a great achievement and a memorable moment for a technician(HCT).

If one can feel that if he/she delivers that kind of work and attention in curing one's health issues.If a patients are moving away from the hospital with leaving all their sorrows and issues cured its great achievement and gives satisfaction to the health care technician.When we are best in doing and curing the patients than we feel very proud.Than we have a confidence.

In terms of an organization it's always looks into how an employee is production.Production plays an important role in any industry because production plays a crucial roles.Especially in health care units as the technology increasing the number of patients are also increasing day by day.treating every one and addressing every concern is very important.

Production is nothing but how productive you are in addressing the patient's concerns and how actively you are participating in help others to reach to you.Active participation and delivering standard quality work will describe how productive and active in solving issues.

Hare production is defined as addressing number of patients and treating as much as he/she can.A certified technician will have knowledge in all areas like laboratory,diagnosis and testing and drugs.Their duties are unlimited as a certified technician he/she needs to perform all kinds of jobs that are related to patients.When he/she can perform their assigned tasks with standard quality they are said to be exceptional at their work or job and also called as well productive.
