Activities and Activeness : * the activities handling will be shared among union heads and no need to choose a specific volunteer all the time. * the union is active , then all the activities will be done and strategies by HRM will be implemented in flow. but in case the union is not active then performance of strategy may be hindered. |
* the activeness of every employee counts. they will be given an oppurtunity to hear their words unlike few selected ones by union heads. * the stated strategy will start performing with every individual performer and thus smooth functioning is ensured. |
Work relations : * A good head representing a union will being a oneness amoung workers themselves and can heal the work environment. |
* A kind of diversified work mechanism where every person with their own work method is observed which may hinder accrual output in obtaining. |
Personal grudge : if one single person has negative intention that can easily harm oneness among whole union. |
since the work is already in diversified and classified nature there is no probability that whole oneness will be damaged by one single person. |
Output : The successful running strategy itself is the output. |
the specific aspect of strategy which could generate highest favourable output is the game changer. |
Recognition : recognition as whole union is recognised. would be best if noticed by union leader. |
Every single workers work will be noticed and level of performance can be easily measured. |
