In order to create a successful TQ organization, the most important aspect is that everybody in the organization should realize the importance of bringing in quality. Then only they would strive to bring in quality measures.
Thus the Ranking of TQ Principles are as :
1st : Visionary Leadership that views performance excellence as a strategic organizational asset
2nd : Continuous improvemnet and learning
3rd : Customer and Stakeholder focus
4th : a process orientation
5th : employee engagement and teamwork
6th : Management by fact
It should with visionary leadership and is of highest value as it gives direction to everybody in the organization. Continuous improvement and learning can only bring about revolution and required changes in Quality level. But at the same time all the quality measures should be implemented by considering the customer and stakeholder focus as the main consideration. They should then bring about process orientation whcih is beneficial for the customers.Employee engagement and teamwork is also required to make the successful implemntation. Finally managemnt by fact would also be important at the time of implementation.
