(Answer) Centralized Processing is defined to be the processing wherein it gets centrally located and the computer system would process the data. This is where the powerful computer would be needed for processing centrally for gaining high speed and fast accesses. The data would get stored to the centralized data storage.

This helps in making it as a hierarchical decision making structure which would add all the decision as well as processes to be handled from a top or the executive level and the policies could be implemented and directed to be worked that way.

The decentralized process is defined to be an area where the computer system would be present in different locations and the data would get transmitted among the computer in a periodical form.
