Advantages of an individual learning ability test

• As the test is limited to one person, examiner could spend much time attending to the examinee.
• Such test could encourage examinee during learning abilities, and analyze and observe his behaviour at a closer rate.

Disadvantage of an individual learning ability test

• Admiration of such test could incur more cost.
• It requires high skilled examiner to perform such test.

Advantages of a group learning ability test

• Such test could be administered to a large number of individuals within a short period of time.
• It reduces work pressure and role of an examiner to a great extent as any briefing made by an examiner reaches to every individual within the group.

Disadvantage of a group learning ability test

• Scores of a group learning ability test are not much accurate as an individual learning ability test.
• As the examiner role is limited, looking to an individual behaviour, and establishing cooperation and interest is not possible due to a large number of people.
