Project Charter
The statement that includes the goals and objective of the project. It is a small document that consists of all the required undertaking and reason for taking the project and what we will achieve when we are able to successfully complete the project with complete effectiveness and efficiency. It also provides the set and detailed information about the roles and responsibility that should be taken while executing the project.

• The first main reason for creating a project charter is to document the reason for taking the project by the organization.
• To identify the goals and objective of the organization for taking the project.
• To identify the items which are in the scope and which are not for the organization which will help the organization to improve and expand its scope.
