Leadership skill – “Set the Aim” and Trait – Accountability : are the two elements that we think best explains the success of this leader. Because the set the aim leadership skill was able to give the proper direction for the team and leader both and he is able to manage the show effectively. Accountability trait was able to own the accountability by the leader and drive the functional improvements and objectives with proper ownership and empowerment.
Leader’s approach or style to one of the leadership theories: This leader’s approach or style is applied to transformational leadership theory because the leader was able to generate the transformational changes in the department and brings the living change in the function.
