MAC time - MAC time is a set of times that are recorded by the computer system when a file is created. These are metadatas. Metadatas are additional information on a data. This includes the created time, modified time, last accessed time etc. Created time records the time when the data is created and will not change until the deletion of the file. Modification time will be changed to the time when the file is modified most recently. Access time is the time when the file is opened very recently for reading or modifying.
