is there a plan to give birth to twins?
Twins are generally born if two ova are released in the same month and get fertilized or if if the single fertilized egg undergoes complete first division and form two separate zygotes.
In the first instance, dizygotic twins are born, who may or may not be of same sex. In the second instance, monozygotic or Siamese twins are born, who are identical to each other with the same sex.
By the method of invitro fertilization also, one can give birth to twins, which is possible by healthcare professionals by extracting the ova from the mother's ovaries and fertilizing them with a donor's sperm in a laboratory to produce an embryos of twins. Then these embryos can be placed in the mother's uterus for further development.
