The five personality traits or skill which I found were required in the several of the ads are:

What educational background or work experience was required in most of the ads you read?

The educational background required for most of the ads I read was Graduation and few other advertisements were asking for an MBA degree.

A little work experience of 0-1 years was required in most of the ads as they were all entry level positions.
