Answer for (c) : There is an 80% chance that the interval is one of the intervals containing the true average weight of Allen's hummingbirds in this region.  

Note for Confidence interval interpretation, we always say we are 80% confident that this interval contains the true parameter i.e. there is 80% chance that the interval is one of the intervals containing true wt, If we were to repeat this exercise 100 times, about 80 of those 100 CIs will have true wt inside them . Our CI is one of those 80 approximately.
