Generation X views the world as there Should be a different place of women, and also they are less tech-savvy and belives in doing their work manually rather than being dependent on technology, and they give more stress on doing hard work rather than doing smart work.

Generation Y sees the workplace as an opportunity, and for sure, they will be ruling the workplace as they are smart, intelligent, and tech-savvy too, and they also believe Incoming new ideas and doing smart work.

Generation Z is mostly socially connected and believes in making a secure connection at the workplace and also sees the world full of competition and coming with new ideas, where digital media is the essential tool to get an edge over its competitors.

The education system must give more focus upon practical exposures rather than giving their students only Theoretical knowledge and making them more capable of using the digital platform to gain success in the future. They must be taught to come with leadership qualities. Moreover, the education system must be updated and upgraded.

They need to become more tech-savvy and to have more knowledge about using the internet and digital marketing and to come with new ideas and to have self-confidence and self-motivation attitude. They must develop an attitude of making more social connections.
