  1. One of the important things is to prepare one or two alternatives to the decision already made so that they can be replaced when needed.
  2. It is important to get accurate information before making a good decision.
  3. It is important to understand what are the most needed things while making decisions so that decisions can be set based on those needs.
  4. It is important not to get diverted by others' ineffective decisions.
