Solutions

Expert Solution

1: The globalisation has provided more opportunities for developed countries like USA as they can utilise the talent from immigrants and provided them better opportunites to grow . Many companies in US thinking about make in America but sometimes based on the final demand point of customers ( companies like Dell) they need to produce some of their parts outside US. Thus globalisation is all about using the resources wisely and taking strategis decision which will fit for the organisation in the best possible way.

2:The main advantage of US as a country is their welcoming nature and this attracts talents from all other countries. The better living standard and working environment can motivate employees to be more commited towards work. The company has good infrastructure and logistics network. The nation also has better data privacy and intellectual property right policies which enables more technology level innovation and investing more on R&D.

3:Elected leaders should think about the right strategic fit that would be needed for an organisation. They should leverage the globalisation for reducing the operational cost and enhancing the effectiveness of their product and service. At the same point of time they should think from their country point of view on protecting their citizens and safeguard them by giving them opportunity to explore themself. There should not be any rigid policies in corporate and they should be able to adapt with the changing requirements. The colloborative efforts can bring right results to the organisation and so as for the industry itself. All leaders have their own responsbility to develop their countries economy and bringing more value addition.

4: It should not be like that. All products cannot be forcefully made in America as there will be shrtage of talents, other resources and raw materials. Companies need to wisely tske a decision on makr or buy or outsourcing some of their products and services. Companies like Dell do their strateguc fit of production by utilising outsourcing their parts manufctruing outside US as majority of their customers are outside the country. Based on logistics and sourcing decisions leaders should take wise decision ( what has to be produced inside and what has to be outsourced).
