Any molecules which remain inside the cell will be secreted by endocrine system and will comprise the hormone.
Any molecules which come out of the cell will be secreted by endocrine system. For example, enzymes.
Sweat and milk come out from our body. So, they are not endocrine. Pancreatic amylase is an enzyme responsible for the digestion of lipids. Enzymes are all exocrine in nature.
Glucagon is secreted by pancreas and is involved in the regulation of blood glucose level. Human growth hormone is secreted by pitutary gland. Cortisol is secreted by adrenal medula. Testosterone is secreted by leydig cells of testis. All of these are hormones.
