DNA polymerase are multi subunit enzymes that help in the formation of new DNA from the old one.This enzyme helps in the addition of nucleotides one by one to the growing DNA.Its mai function is to participate in the DNA replication process.

DNA helicase is that crucial enzyme that breaks the hydrogen bonds present between the two strands of a DNA , separating them to be replicated independently. It mainly helps in the process of unwinding the complex DNA molecule to complete separate strands. The enzyme can even remodel the nucleic acids or nucleic acid protein complexes.

The ligase enzyme helps to connect the the phosphate group of one strand to the deoxyribose grouo of the other strand of DNA. This unique enzyme are known as molecular gums as they help in joining the fragments of DNA.

DNA Primase is one type of RNA polymerase enzyme which is involved in the process of DNA replication. This enzyme catalyzes the formation of short RNA or DNA in some organisms which is called as primer. This helps in initiating the process of DNA replication.
