HEAT :Heat is a form of energy, if it emit from a body the body is become cool and if the body absorbed heat then it becomes hot. The practical unit of heat is calorie it has also unit joule in SI and erg in C. G. S system of unit. It normally denoted by Q Or sometimes H.

Temperature : The thermal state of any body is known as temperature. That is a body whether leave or absorbed heat depends upon its temperature . It's unit is Degree centigrade and Kelvin. If a body absorbed or emit heat then the temperatures of the body is changed. Temperature is raised if heat is absorbed and it decreases if emit heat.

Heat Capacity : The amount of heat required to increase the temperature of any body by unity is known as heat capacity of the body. This is two type heat capacity at constant volume and at constant pressure.

Heat transfer method :normally when there is a temperature difference in two body then heat is transferred from hot to cool body. This transformation is happening by tree process. Which is as follows.

1.Coduction:Here heat is transformed from hot to cool body without bodily transformation of molecules of the medium.

Examples :Heat conduction by any metal.

2.Convection :Here heat is transformed by bodily transformation of particle of the medium.

Example :Surrounding air of any born fire is heated by convection, water heated by this process.

3.Radiation :Here heat is transformed from one place to other without help of any medium.

Example : Light is coming on earth by radiation process.
