What would happen if you had a small tablet start-up business and you only had one person on call for service issues? How could you turn a negative product launch into a positive experience using social media? Any ideas?
It is difficult to manage a business with just one employee attending calls regarding any service issues because this will make the customers wait for longer periods of time in order to talk to an executive regarding any problem that they might be experiencing. This may create a negative impact on the organization's service delivery aspect and bcoz of that the organization may lose out on business to quite an extent.
Social media is the big thing at present where organizations are marketing their products or services and it's can be used as an effective media to make their products and services quite effective. If the product launch is negative, then that can be made a bit better if they promote their product on social media and even create a page for the same and make sure that the product gains importance to quite some extent as well. Creating a page or a forum will make the issue better and help the organization in making it better and gain advantage and popularity.
