Individual roles and responsibility is to consciously act in interest of betterment of organisational resources and he should be trying to protect and preserve organisational resources and not exploit it, and he should not be using such technologies which are promoting the exploitation of organisation and hence our individual should be fulfilling his role of being a responsible person in order to fulfill his goal towards better environment and clean environment
