Diversity means having a range of people with various racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds and various lifestyles, experience, and interests. Having a variety of individuals and points of view represented in the department. Diversity is a group of people who are different in the same place. Whereas , ethics is a system of moral principles. They affect how people make decisions and lead their lives. Ethics is concerned with what is good for individuals and society and is also described as moral philosophy.

It is so important for every business leader to consider how diversity and ethics in business affect success. There are legal and ethical considerations to take into account when working with diversity issues. There are also productivity and profitability issues to consider. No matter how a manager looks at the situation, creating positive rules and habits around diversity and ethics is good for business.Ethical diversity reflects the different values and beliefs people hold and adhere to. At one level this can be reflected in the total lack of ethics of the criminal classes, while on another it can be reflected in the laws imposed by democratic mandate.Not only are there widespread differences between individuals in terms of ethics, there are widespread differences between nation states, between religions, and between political parties.Which is why the USA, Japan and a host of other countries continue to impose the death penalty, while growing numbers of countries have long taken this punishment off their statute books.Fundamentally, an inclusive and culturally diverse business will attract talented, ambitious, and globally minded professionals who will appreciate the opportunity for personal and professional growth. Not only in a workplace but in every aspect diversity is connected to ethics. The more society is diverse the more it connects people. But how? The only answer is ethics. Each and every part of our lives has diversity , even though we are still together because the ethics and morals has made a great bond in diversity. Thus, diversity has to do a lot with ethics.

Insurmountable goods that come from diverse society are:1) Books: The books from people belonging to different culture describes their lives, ideas, culture, tradition, etc. It makes you take a ride of their society sitting in your own couch and you cannot overcome the power of book anyway. 2)The second one is clothes and ornaments. These goods represents the culture and idea of the society. It speaks how a society is beautifully constructed because clothes say a lot about you. 3)The third one is food. The diversity shows the diversity in food culture. Everry dish represents a culture. It belongs to a section of society. So, apart from all these, there are some ideas which develops with diversity and ethics is one such idea. More are unity,love, compassion, kindness, etc. In country like India , you can see the incredible diversity but once you visit you'll see the beauty of the country in unity in diversity.
