The organization of different sizes and sectors applies various methods of HR functions based on the way the organization behaves and way it is to behave and act. The need for HR in the business in such organizations and its ways of working and nature of work makes it possible. Hence based on the kind of job and authority that the position demands such HR policies are set.

1. Public Sector (Army): The Public Sector like the Armed forces of the day is a public sector organization that is being run and paid by the government for national needs and use. The HR policy for the army people are Authoritative Management policy for the organization is been followed. The needs of the Armed forces are made to make the needful decisions where the best of people and policy is being followed. The sector has to make the useful use of its commanding forces to be used for national defense and its use for long term use and ways.

2. Private Sector Company (Amazon Retails): The Private Sector Company like Amazon uses a great way of HR managers to use in its operations. The Use of democratic leadership is being followed by businesses across the globe. The Amazon retail is well made to help the people and the business operations a well-balanced work culture of the modern global business environment. The business rewards innovation and new process adoption for the best of business are awarded to allow the people to give their best in the democratic style of leadership that the business follows to generate the needful revenue for the stakeholders.

3. SME Sector (Jack In The Box): The Business of fast food and beverages across the 24 hours in the state of Florida with 22 outlets across the state use the Democratic leadership style. The Jack In The Box is a Small Business in the US which is working with a manpower of 134 people to operate its 22 outlets across the day. The business also makes use of non-related people like students and part-time workers on an hourly basis to make people happy and contained and also keep the cost low.

4. Voluntary Organization (WHO): The UN made the body for the World Health Organization is not for profit organization that uses the HR based on the people’s will to be able to sustain and give the services to the needful. This uses the Laizeli Faire leadership style makes the organization to make the best of Voluntary organization. The people work only for serving the voluntary organization and make it believe in the aspect of people’s well being and goodwill.
