2. Identify stakeholders of HR management activities. For each stakeholder group, state at least one additional concern that you think might shape how organizations manage human resources. Then, give one specific example of how each stakeholder’s concerns could affect a major HR activity (e.g. planning, recruitment, compensation, training, safety and well-being, or unionization).
Human resource affects every business and individual to which the organization has a connection, including the surrounding community. The primary stakeholders benefit directly from HR initiatives and compensation packages, especially employees who get benefitted by an increase in compensation packages and other benefits. The secondary stakeholders get benefitted because of the overall growth and prosperity of the organization improves the number of jobs in the area and increase overall prosperity of the region.
