The different mental process that we use to form openions of other people. This not includes not just how we form openions, but the different conclusions we make about others based on our openions. This allow us to make judgement and decissions. But it can also lead to biased or stereotyped perceptions of other people. Many factors may influence on our openion like our past experience, situation, behaviour of a particular individual, our own personal traits, physical cues etc. There are so many stimuli that we are faced with on a daily basis that it would be over whelming our thought process. Thats why given our past experience, out interactions with people and things we read and are told, we form certain impression in our mind so that we can categorize people and bracket them.

How can we control our openions.

1. Let people In - Get to know them. Try to understand the situation & person in details. Make the openion on the basis of that.

2. Stop yourself : Try to reframe what your thinking about others.

3. Focus on te positive : When you see something in some one that causes to make an openion, take a moment and think positive, it helps to make right openion.

4. Find a different focus.

How do we attempt to manage and control their openions of us..

3. Stop comparison - always think we are best and able to do best.

4. increase self esteem and self worth

5. forget about the failure - take every failure as a experience for next step.

6. Be confident & Strong

9. give respect to peoples openion - some time it may help you to mould you accordingly to accepted standard. Taking suggestion is not bad.

10. Ignore the unwanted openions.
