We will take Erik Ericson's model as the basis of this midlife crisis that generativity vs stagnation, we try to establish our own families and develop a sense being responsible. When we look back everything has changed its way and we have to change in order to survive. During this stage qa person is no longer emotionally or physically competent to cope fast with crisis. Hence social groups play a good supporting role durig this stage, social same age peer groups help in building relations, they would understand each other very well because they are almost sailing in the same boat. Going for some recreational activities such as picnics, get togethers also help in releasing stress.
In order to ensure Long and healthy life they should exercise regularly as well eat food with less salt, sugar and spices. There can defiately be cheat days but it should not be consumed everyday. Again joining some social groups would also help them in tackling with stress. Regular medical checkup of once in 5-6 months is also necessary. As well drawing up health insurance policy and keeping nominee as one of the family member also helps out in crisis.
