Given the enormity of data availability, data analytics has become more complex. This phenomenon is often called the Big Data problem. After conducting some basic research of scholarly articles, what are the problems and challenges in Big Data in business analytics? Identify and describe at least three problems (and/or challenges) in the Big Data phenomenon.

Although big data is modifying businesses by giving actionable insights, there are certain issues related to it. An issue with big data is that it grows continually & organizations usually fail to seize the opportunities & extract actionable info. Firms usually fail to recognize on where they should allocate their resources. This failure in assigning the resources outcomes in not making the most of the info. Apart from that, firms usually end up with talent which doesn’t understand how they should utilize big data analytics. Such a dearth of trained personnel who can extract information outcomes in firms not making the most of information possesses by them. Further, whilst extracting insights from the big data maintained by them, firms fail to identify the right aim & end up with insights which aren’t so helpful for their growth.

Whilst firms store big amounts of data sets, such sets consist of almost all kind of information which is even minutely meaningful for the firm. As an outcome, when authorities fail to fit proper security measures, they are vulnerable to the threat of data theft.
