Although big data is modifying businesses by giving actionable insights, there are certain issues related to it. An issue with big data is that it grows continually & organizations usually fail to seize the opportunities & extract actionable info. Firms usually fail to recognize on where they should allocate their resources. This failure in assigning the resources outcomes in not making the most of the info. Apart from that, firms usually end up with talent which doesn’t understand how they should utilize big data analytics. Such a dearth of trained personnel who can extract information outcomes in firms not making the most of information possesses by them. Further, whilst extracting insights from the big data maintained by them, firms fail to identify the right aim & end up with insights which aren’t so helpful for their growth.
