The Procurement Technical Assistance Program requires us to have a proactive training program. This requirement is fulfilled through team and individual training. Individual training is the responsibility for all employees and is evaluated by the Program Director. Can you briefly describe the proactive actions you take to stay proficient as a program coordinator for an university?
The system of procurement technical assistant program needs a good deal of learning of the same and use the same to understand the need for the same to be imparted as a curriculum. All employees who have been a computer are best suited to take this training of the system which has its ends of making the reports as desired by the business with its integrated larger ERP module. Thus the need for the system has to be measured alongside the skills and demand of training for each employee. Hence, for a proficient coordinator, it is needed that they are well accustomed to the systems and policies of the university and thus guide a program as a director.
This would mean the director has to understand the competence of the students in the class and make them have a session together in a simulated environment as it is in real life to understand proficiency. Based on the proficiency the needed training aspects of the students or employees would become clear about what and how much of what aspect needs to be added and with what methodology. Not all well understands communications if been told or may understand if it’s best given in a written format are to be understood. The needs of the achievements and the levels of training that have to be planned in the best way making sure each individual has got the chain in the department to function the way it works the best with the best of the trainers or teachers to train them for the next level.
