Tax accountant Job:
Tax matters arise in every aspect of running a business. Professional accountants prepare corporate and personal income tax statements and formulate tax strategies involving issues such as financial choice, how to best treat a merger or acquisition, deferral of taxes, when to expense items and the like.
Job Responsibillity:
It involves preparation of Income tax statements for the corporates, Individuals, Non profit organisations, partnership firms and many other entities. It requires the professional accountant to be always updated with laws, rules and regulations related to it's work. It also requires the expert knowledge which involves excellent analytical skills, drafting skills and presentation skills, which help the professional accountant to perform his duties efficiently and effectively.

Auditor Job:
Working in audit involves checking accounting ledgers and financial statements within corporations and is the basis of much accountancy practice. Auditing work is becoming increasingly computerised and can rely on sophisticated random sampling methods. Auditing may involve a lot of travel and allows Professional Accountants work in a wide array of sectors. This Job requires expertise because it involves applicability of various laws, rules and regulations of which compliance to be checked along with varioius regulartory matters.

It involves checking the records of the corporates or other entities which must be in compliance with the applicable laws, rules and regulations and must adhere to the applicable standards required to be followed by the entity, It involves preparation of Audit reports and other certification work which requires the professional accountant to have expert knowledge along with the analytical and drafting skills for discharging his duties properly.
