With the advancement of the technology comes legal and moral delimes.

Are wireless signals personal property? If someone captures and decodes a wireless signal that is not directed to a access point is it illegal?

The problem is that the laws have not kept up with the technology. What would you say is one aspect of technology that is very exposed that should not be exposed? How would you solve the problem?

Technology has many advantages which is helping in making life easy. However it comes with equal number of problems which needs to be addressed immeidately . Decoding wireless signals are one of the many problems that came up with technology. It is definately illegal to decode some private messages and severe punishments are there in law for this crime. They need to be made much strict to avoid such crimes which might lead to even death of some people. There are many other problems like social media. The content in social media even when it has passwords and security settings is available to some people who are selling it to others. This is creating problems especially for women with their pictures and personal videos. Laws must be made against this and action must be taken withing days so that the laws will be taken seriously. Owners of these sites must be held responsible for such cases so that the system gets much secure and safe to use. Even the users must be made aware of the problems and must be asked to be careful .
