Biomechanics, Body segments as Levers
1A: The “Sit-up” Draw or explain
1B: Push-ups, Squats, and Vertical Leg Press
Biomechanics is the study and science of movement of the living body in which the bone muscles and ligament work together to form the movement. This is the part of mechanics in which movement is observed. The principle of biomechanics is very important for force motion inertia as well as a different range of motion. Human biomechanics is the system and structure of those biological organisms which ranges from small plants to large animals.
1A.Sit up exercises are basically based on intraoesophageal pressure and metabolic response that reveals to be a light exercise that stresses the muscles of lower limbs is observed. These muscles are meant for the initial number and performed by different four male subjects.
Differences in the movement and the spinal demand with each phase as well as variation involved potential demand on the spine with intensive and stability movement. Different kinds of muscular movements in which the abdominal movement of the lower back is observed. Movement and variations are also utilized by balancing and kinesthetic awareness.
1B. Push up is one of the most common prone position. Movement of the body move toword the arms the pectoral muscles and triceps get the rest. It is good for upper bodybuilding strength. The squat and vertical leg press is also good for the leg movement and body movement help in forming the muscles.
The difference between internal and external torque is related to the muscles of the body. In torque, the movement is originated outside the body like gravity. External torque is the form of Force full movement of the object in the system.
Varying demands of the torque is based on the hip and foot positioning involves the joint movement like flexion-extension, abduction as well as rotation of hip and knee joint.
