Knowing your audience is one of the initial steps to being able to create a persuasive argument. Identify who the potential audiences of your business plan might be and discuss what is important for them to hear
A business needs to be aware of their potential or target audience before planning for any marketing strategies because if the organization is not aware of its potential or target audience then the plans developed to attract the same may not work out for the organization at all. I believe that organizations today need to be very much effective and perfect in order to make a strategy and this is because they cannot afford to give an opportunity to their competitors to get ahead and hence analyzing and identifying the audience is very much important or else the plan may not be fruitful enough for the organization. I believe that as a fast food outlet and coffee shop my potential audiences of the business are generally individuals from all the age groups but focus should be on the age group 16 to 36 who will include college students and the your working class.
Once the potential customers are determined or deciphered the plan needs to be made accordingly so that the plan is effective and attracts the exact market and audience in the market in order to be successful. It is important to make them understand the plan because they are the individuals who are being targeted in the market.
