Whenever a good employee leaves the company than that will be a big loss of any management and organization. This is because of very simple reason that everyone cannot be best so as a manager you need to make sure that your best employees will not leave your team or company.

If you are offering your employees a good package and benefits as compare to the industry than your employee will never leave you. Believe it or not “MONEY” is the most important and biggest factor due to which any employee leaves the job. So you need to make sure that you are taking good care of your best employees atleast so that they will not leave you company.
You need to praise the efforts of the employees. The appreciation is one of the best way you can motivate the employees of the company. If the employee is motivated than he/she will never think of leaving your company.
If you are showing the career path to your good employees by mentoring their work and telling them what he/she should do to improve their skills will give them chance to groom there career in the particular company. Which will help the company to retain their good employees.
You should try to understand that your employee has his/her personal life as well. So you should offer them the flexibility in working time so that they can manage their family as well. This will also help the employee to maintain the work life balance.
