Yes, we think that this can be an accurate observation. Because male co-workers can have such behaviors with Female workers because of following reasons

• Male coworkers wants to impress the Female worker: Such type of behavior is possible in the organization when the male co-worker wants to impress the female workers by showing that they have high knowledge and expertise of the organization environment.

• Helping/ Supportive nature of male Co-workers: Some of the male co-workers are generally have high helping/caring nature for the female workers, so they want to explain them in advance to avoid any issue in the organization, being that they are Female and may not have appropriate awareness of the working environment.
• Discrimination act: If the male co-worker are offers solution without the query raised by female worker, then this can be harassment/discrimination act and the male co-workers may be in legal problems.
