In this method, a low offer is utilized. All the terms and conditions are lowered by the low ball uses while offering the job to a candidate. This method can be utilized most effectively when the job does not necessarily require any major talent or skills, for example, hiring the peon.

Competitive approach

In this method, neither the high nor a very low job offer is made. This job offer depends on the market conditions. The quick deals can be ensured in this method due to competitive approach. This can be utilized effectively when high skills and experience are required for a certain job. Example:- Hiring the sales manager.

Best shot approach-

In this job offer, higher job offers are made particularly to the terms and conditions while offering a job to the prospective employee. This method is utilized more effectively when the job has some special value for the organization. For example, hiring the consultant or GM
