leading program overlooking debt management.
- Provider of technical cooperation in the area of debt
management capacity-development.
- Helps to manage strengthen Government’s capacity to manage
their debt effectively and sustainably, in support of poverty
reduction development, transparency and good governance.
- Manages integrated debt database
- Analysis of debt portfolio and debt management operations.
- Specialized products and services focus on the recording,
monitoring and reporting of debt data (downstream debt
management).
- Complements the work of other organisations such as the World
Bank, the International Monetary Fund and regional bodies whose
primary focus is on sustainability strategy and debt analysis
(upstream debt management).
- Users of debt management as it enables, not only to record but
also to analyse public debt data with the development of the system
in line with international best practises.
Principal goal of ASEAN
1. To accelerate economic growth , social progress and cultural
development in the region through joint efforts in the spirit of
equality and partnership to strengthen the foundations of a
prosperous and peaceful community
2.Promote regional peace and stability through respect for
justice and the rule of law in relations between countries in the
region and adherence to the principles of the Charter of the United
Nations.

free from external interference, subversion, or coercion;

another

manner
5. By Renouncement of the threat or use of force.
