Expert Solution

traning is a program organized/conducted by a division or company, to provide certain skills and knowledge about a specific work to the employees. Employees use these kind of training programs and equip certain skills which help them to perform better in their work or job. Ocassionally firms conduct training programs to their employees related to different aspects and activities. most of the tranining programs mandatory to the employees, very few only optional to those.

the success or failure of training program will be measured after certain time only. if the employees performed in a better way than earllier, in all dimensions like imrove in quality, increase in productivity, cost cuttting, well coordination with peers, good employment practices and relations and so on. if there is an improvement in all these, in all dimensions, then we can say that the training program is success.

when the training prgoram is optional, the attendence speaks about the training program. if most of the employees attend the program, and they are there fully, throughout the day or presentaion, it means, the session is more attractive to the employees. whether they may follow it, learned something, may understand later. but if there is full attendance, and the people are the throughout the presentation, it means conducting the program is useful.

the performance of the employees at the work and job definitely boost after the training programs. many of the employees learned the lacking skills and show better performance in the work place. very few or little, may not improve their performance, but most of the workers definitely performed a better way than earlier levels.
