The newly recruited teachers need to follow some essential steps to give the students the best lessons. The starting step is to gather all the material that the teacher needs to teach. The teachers might need some books and online material to prepare the lessons. The teachers should also make the best use of the technology and gather all the crucial information from online means. The second step is to model and express the expectations. The teacher should let the students know what he/she expects from the class. The third step is to engage the students in the class lessons actively. The teacher should try to gain students’ s attention ever by using creative means. He/she can use presentations, graphical figures, and other visual representations to gain attention. The next step is to compliment the positive behavior of the students. The teachers tend to shout at students in every lecture. It repels the attention of students from the lesson. The teacher should take every possible action for the preparation and presentation. Confidence is also the main factor in presenting as the teacher should also have 360-degree knowledge of the subject. Hence, it is imperative to have an in-depth knowledge of the subject to engage most students.
