· The best safety gear and the inspection of the same by independent bodies would make the trust in the safety and security be improved between the two parties like employer and employees.

· The regular check and a representative of employer and employee on this issue may be selected or elected to make sure the safety is well taken care of.

· A way to keep the safety and security based on the inspection and regular case notification to make the processes better every time that makes it risk-free working conditions.
