Consultative decisions:
Among the three decision-making styles, the consultative is the
second style in which the leaders decide various factors to work
with the team and gather their thoughts before beginning the work
with the team.
Example: It is basically used in the organizational body or
institution to coordinate with a team and the leader obtains
information to start or begin with a new project.
Team decisions:
It is the scope at which an individual team member shares thoughts, ideas, and experiences which benefits the team to finally reach to a decision and improve the team performance by beginning with the work and also seeks to do best by achieving the best outcome.
Example: It is basically used in any organizational body in which the team members respond and come up with their ideas to perform the work effectively and the best possible decisions can also be obtained to make the work process stable.
