Secretory acini and the duct system are the exocrine secretory cell which has a portion of its plasma membrane export toward the external surface. They extend towards the outside part of the body by the system of duct. the secretory cells are observed in the organised manner in the secretory units. These are observed around clusters of the cells which are epithelial cells and look like berries. They are different from duct because they have flattened cuboidal epithelium which extended up to lumen and they are also known as Central assignor cells. The tissue section of the pancreas show abundant darkest evening in which the pancreas are grouped together in small oval and columns. These are composed of different cells around the cells that can also visualize under the low magnification.
Pancreas are exocrine gland and they are surrounded by connective tissue capsule which invaginates in the gland to form the lobules. These are further divided into different cells which can be classified as a compound tubular acinus gland.
2. Pancreas have a cuboidal form of epithelium which is extended up to the lumen of the sinus to form the central assignor cells. These are classified into cuboidal epithelium and also observed in lobules.
