Post these exercises from big muscle group to small muscle groups:
1)Burpees,renegade row, plank tap, dragon walk, figure eights, inchworm, triceps box dip, contralateral limb raises
2) Mountain climber, romanian deadlift, glute bridge, pistol squat, hamstring curl, dip & kick, lateral lunge, leg raises
3)Turkish Get-up, crab tow touch, warrior balance, plank, single-leg jackkife, dead bug, boat pose, scissor switch
Exercise is the form of body movement and physical activity that enhances or promotes health. People perform different activities to enhance strength and prevent aging. This develop the muscle and builds internal strength. Many people adopt for outdoor exercise to fit their body like gymming, sporting, or yoga. From the health point of view different forms of exercise are formulated based on the age of the person.
1.Big muscle group ----Mountain climber, romanian deadlift, glute bridge, pistol squat, hamstring curl, dip & kick, lateral lunge, leg raises ----hand ,shoulder
2.Big muscle group -unilateral shoulder stability ,legs--Turkish Get-up, crab tow touch, warrior balance, plank, single-leg jackkife, dead bug, boat pose, scissor switch
3.Small muscle groups:chest, triceps, and shoulders-Burpees,renegade row, plank tap, dragon walk, figure eights, inchworm, triceps box dip, contralateral limb raises
