Answer:

The ideal future of higher education would work for me because a working concept that promotes a more transparent conversation about the explicit, implicit and idealistic expressions of student in higher education and higher education allows you to pursue a career that interests and inspires you.So, yes can say that higher education plays a vital role in your personal growth and this impoves your earnings by getting employed at a high position in the industry and following this context, we can say that higher education still needed.

K-12 education is the standard education system which is used by U.S educators to refer to all primary and secondary education, from Kindergarden prior to the first year(or 1st grade) of formal schooling, through secondary graduation(12th grade).Yes, K-12 education is needed because this is a step by step process to prepare student from a child to a highly educated person. So, this is a standard system where a child started their journey to knowledge from a basic to a high-tech education and by considering today's environment where education is everything that is all important to live a happy and a standardized life.So , this is important to include this standard system for future generations as well.

Now if we conider a situation where a kid named John Smith, who will be born in 2040.I think his education and learning experience will be much more better than today's generation because in the future the scope and the technology goes upwards and this leads to more resoources for him to get a much better world of education even if he will go to physical school instead od digital school,he will get much better learning experience.Atleast, he needed 12 years of learning(primary and secondary education) before he put himself in the workplace.Yes, ofcourse technology impacts the social divide society where everyone get equal resources to learn and to earn and in the future all resources and facilities get much better than today so it leads to much better education system.

Factors that can potentially cause the divide are caste, religion, category, standard which leads to inequality between children's.The people in this generation can make the difference to ensure the next generation obtain the best learning experience by providing and promoting eqality to all and treating all of the students equally.

We can get our kids ready for the future by being supportive to them and trying them to understand the importance of success in life and providing them that much freedom so that they will learn to survive in this competitive world.
